SOF Search was founded by a tight-knit group of Special Operations Forces veterans who, after successful military careers, entered the worldwide contracting industry. We quickly realized we wanted to make a real impact not just fill roles.
Today, SOFsearch serves all specially trained professionals. Veterans from all branches, Law Enforcement officers, and Medical personnel connecting them with organizations that need their unique skills, leadership, and experience across high-threat environments, specialized domestic roles, and critical contract positions.
